What is stored

Your Google account id and email address, the club you chose, the id of the calendar this service created in your account, and a Google refresh token. The refresh token is encrypted with a Cloud KMS key before it is written down and is never logged.

What it is used for

Solely to write fixtures and line-ups into the calendar this service created for you. Your data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or profiling.

What it can reach

The service holds the calendar.app.created permission, which allows it to create calendars and manage only those it created. It has no ability to read, change or delete events in any other calendar in your Google account.

Third parties

Fixture data and team sheets come from ESPN’s public endpoints. Predicted line-ups are produced by Google’s Gemini models on Vertex AI, prompted with the fixture only. No personal data is sent to either. Hosting and storage are Google Cloud.

Retention and deletion

Choosing Disconnect deletes the stored refresh token immediately and stops all future writes. The calendar and its events remain in your Google account, because they are yours; delete the calendar in Google Calendar if you want them gone. You can also revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions page.
